Mothership 6% Medium Dry Cider A traditional strength cider, created from a combination of Russet and Bramley cider and a dose of freshly pressed apple juice. Blended for a medium/dry balance. £XX.XX
Sonic Titan 8.2% Dry, Heavy Cider Blending our Russet and Bramley cider, with a hint of freshly pressed sweet apple juice, gave us the cider that was to be known as Sonic Titan. Named not only for its gravity and strength, but also after a track by the gods of heavy sleep. £XX.XX
Dance Commander  4% Cider and Sour Cherry blend A marriage of Russet and Bramley cider, fresh Braeburn and Sour Red Cherry juices combine to bring you tartness from the cherries, balanced by the juicy sweetness of red cherries. All hovering on a vinous cider base. Cracking in the sun. £XX.XX
Wrath 4% Red Grape Cider Blend Fresh, fruity and sweet with a dry finish. The juice was added to a low acid cider blend to showcase the apple and grape’s sweet/ acid balance and was an instant hit with both us on the farm, and our loyal customers out there in the wild. £XX.XX
Shimmy 4% Pineapple and Lemon Cider Blend Lovingly referred to as the “tangbomb” at Ascension HQ! This blend of Russet and Bramley cider, pineapple and lemon, offers a fruit forward, refreshing taste, with prominent tart pineapple and zingy lemon notes. £XX.XX

Hide in the Sky 4% Sparkling Redcurrant Cider Blend A tart and redfreshing blend of fresh Braeburn, Gala and Redcurrant, with our Eastern Counties Cider blend. A beautiful vibrant pink/red in the glass, and a firm rotational favourite. £XX.XX
The Sky Beneath 4% Sparkling Braeburn and Strawberry Wild Coferment 950g/L of fresh supermarket-rejected strawberries were added to a fermentation of 2022 season Braeburn juice, then aged on the lees for 6 months. The resulting cider hybrid offers bright acidity, huge notes of fresh strawberry, tart red apples, with a finish reminiscent of freshly-bitten strawberry seeds, and a wonderful yoghurty richness from the lactic acid produced in the fermentation. £XX.XX
